For nearly 20 years, I have made a living as an Art Director to pay the bills. More recently, I have been a photographer to pay my creative spirit and fulfill my soul. Formally educated in art and design, I hold a BFA from Indiana University of Pennsylvania and my images have been featured in a number publications and exhibitions.
While I have carved out a career in applying design to a variety advertising and marketing environments, it is the art of making images that have become a life’s work. It has become the perfect outlet to capture the world, share a vision and fill the desire to create. Using skills rooted in principles of design, my images rely on strong composition and balance to draw the viewer in and keep them in the scene. Whether it be a beautiful landscape or a desolate, abandoned home, my goal when creating images is not only to make a photograph that documents a scene, but to add to it and capture it’s emotion, essence and spirit.
